A nota­ri­al cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on con­firms the authen­ti­ci­ty of a signa­tu­re or veri­fies that a copy cor­re­sponds to the ori­gi­nal docu­ment. As public nota­ries, we cer­ti­fy a wide ran­ge of docu­ments and records for both pri­va­te and busi­ness purposes.

Our cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­on ser­vices include, among others:

– Signa­tures and decla­ra­ti­ons on con­tracts, powers of att­or­ney and other docu­ments
– Docu­ments and copies, such as artic­les of asso­cia­ti­on, regu­la­ti­ons and extra­cts from regis­ters

Cer­ti­fi­ca­ti­ons issued by our nota­ry office are reco­g­nis­ed throug­hout Switz­er­land and abroad. When a cer­ti­fied docu­ment is to be used in ano­ther coun­try, an addi­tio­nal lega­li­sa­ti­on or apos­til­le may be requi­red, depen­ding on the desti­na­ti­on and purpose.
